As an eclectic teen growing up in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, I discovered my aspirations when at 21  embarked on a 13 month adventure backpacking around the world studying eastern philosophy, alternative medicine and ethnic music. Those experiences at a young age shaped my deep understanding of how to utilize global wisdom through holistic body work and different approaches to healing as I saw through the different places that touched me. They also infused me with an appreciation for creative expression through the healing arts.

So, I followed my passion and  began working as a licensed massage practitioner in the health care field since 2001. My practice has evolved into a unique style of bodywork, which is an east/west fusion combining Deep Tissue and Thai massage. Each session integrates hot/cold therapy, amazing music, aromatherapy and hot stones for the ultimate therapeutic massage experience.

I was trained & certified in many eastern and western modalities including; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage, Pre-natal and Hot Stone Massage from The Massage School of Santa Monica since 2000. My career began working along side Dr. Nancy Marcucella L.A.c D.C in Topanga Cyn. from 2001- 2007.  In the winter of 2006 I completed a Thai Massage Intensive in Chaing Mai, Thailand and became certified in Thai Massage and Thai Foot Reflexology. From 2007-2012, I joined forces with Sarah Wadsworth to form The Massage Express Co., On-Site Luxury Mobile Spa. Lastly, in November 2021 I  completed a 5 day intensive in LA with Yakov Gershkovich  and became certified in Sculptural Face Lifting.

With a philosophy to ‘follow the middle path’, I am committed to an idea that we can all live balanced, happy, pain free lives and I am an advocate to promoting sustainable holistic health and wellness world wide.
