New Service! Sculptural Face Lifting

I am thrilled to announce that I have a new service offering!! I’m now a certified practitioner of Sculptural Face Lifting Technique!

Praised by medical experts, leading estheticians and spa therapists around the globe, Sculptural Face Lifting technique has revolutionized the traditional approach to anti-aging. In an industry dominated by the use of various toxic injections and surgeries to delay or reverse the aging process, this treatment offers a holistic alternative to invasive lifting procedures without side effects and the risks of complications.

This amazing technique takes years off the face by combining Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Buccal Massage (which manipulates the muscles through the oral cavity from the inside of the mouth) to propel the internal resources of the body’s natural rejuvenation and recovery process. Results are seen after one session.. but cumulate over time and require 4-8 weekly sessions to achieve desired lasting results as well as monthly maintenance sessions to sustain them!

Come see what all the fuss is about! Online booking now available. Click here for more info and to see before/after photos, enjoy 10% off your first session and package rates are available. I am fully vaccinated, boosted and still following all my covid protocols!

Online Booking is Back

So excited to announce that my online booking site is back for all studio appointments!! No more back and forth texts trying to book in for a session, clients can now check my schedule, book one or multiple appointments and future dates! I will also have new and exciting services coming soon!

Super grateful that after a year and a half, my life is getting back to normal! Kids are finally back to school full time and I don’t have to share my treatment room with my husband who was teaching from home all last year. House calls will still need to be booked through me directly and will be available between 9:00 and 5:00pm only as I am no longer offering evening appointments.

Looking forward to seeing you soon! To schedule go to my Booking Page or click to BOOK NOW!

Self Care at Home

With Covid-19 threatening public health and forcing us all to stay indoors, self care and in home workouts are our new normal.  I wanted to share some of my favorite self care massage tools to help keep you feeling good during this time. These tools can be used anytime, over clothing and can be very effective!

The Foam Roller is my savior, it keeps my back and body flexible and free of tension. The PRO FOAM ROLLER is my favorite brand. For a great 5 minute foam rolling routine with Lauren Roxburgh to wake up your body! Click HERE

Massage guns have taken the world by storm in the last year with so many different brands hitting the market. After doing lots of research and trying different models I finally bought the KRAFT GUN and love it’s easy handling, powerful force, but quiet sound. For a great video to compare all the different models click HERE.

Massage balls are such a simple, but amazing tool for trigger point relief, especially for the back. You can use tennis balls if you have them or my favorite is Lacrosse Balls. The size and firmness of the lacrosse balls allows you to use your body weight to do the work. For a great instructional video click HERE!
